Need help to inquire about a car

Hi Guys,

Hope you are fine, I need buy a car from a person who claims the car came from qatar and I need a help from you to inquire about this car using its Vehicle Chassis Number (VIN).

Please consider that I am not a qatari resident, and I don't have access to Metrash 2 mobile application.

I heard that residants have an app called metrash 2 and they can do this favor for me.

Please advice?
