mercedz service centre

I own a Mercedz ML 350. I am due for its B3 service. Of the 3 service centres ( al mana, al garafa and industrial area ) at doha which one is the best . Please advise

How do you spell correctly the name of this brand of vehicle? Do you need a B3 service or does your car need one?
