I have a bank loan and I have got a better offer in other country. But I have a guarantor to sign so still I can leave qatar for good? Please advise and thanks
Riz, Next time don't take any loan from a bank, borrow from your boss, colleagues or friends and neighbours ....... or contractors .........................
The reason was why i have submitted the resignation, One of my friend was working in Vodafone and he has terminated with the loan from the same bank. After he cancelled his visa once the guarantor was signed and now he left the country.
Sorry to interrupt, in my case regarding visa only as i didnt had any debits to any1, though my qatar RP was not cancelled, my new company who hired me in UAE processed my UAE employment visa. It was done almost last year or so. hope this helps.
Hi Rizmin, All the guys here have given the true fact. i guess you didnt understood. See the fact is, in order to work in Dubai, you need RP Visa there and they cannot out your RP visa unless your Qatar RP Visa is cancelled. Now in order to cancel Qatar RP Visa, you have to clear all the dues and loans. Now your guarantor will have to transfer your loan under his name and he will start paying the dues. after this finally your visa gets cancelled.
I hope i might have outdated info. someone have updated info, do comment.
Thanks for your comments but I have a guarantor whose willing to sign and why still I cant leave the country? Yes I will go to Dubai and is it not possible to work there? Also I have submitted my resignation and its approved. So much confusing now???

You can meet and discuss the matter with the Bank, offering them additional security in shape of third party guarantor.
Or other option is to start work there, get a new loan and settle the previous.
Agreed with Yasir. You have to settle all your debts before leaving if travelling to any other GCC country.
are you going to any gulf country ? if yes then you have to cancel your Qatar visa and pay off all the loans.
