What You Miss the MOST

Hi,
Our company has been chosen to set-up a NEW Filipino Restaurant for a Qatari company (specifically in Doha). I would like to know some key points coming from our target market... AKA our "kababayan"
1. What food do you miss most?
2. Given the chance to choose, what restaurant/establishment (brand) would you want to have in Doha (ex. mang inasal, teriyaki boy etc) ANY.
3. Do you have an ideal venue in mind? Where? Why?
4. How much are you willing to spend for a decent meal?
5. What would you want to see/experience there?
6. Do You miss SINGING your hearts our with your favorite videoke songs?
------------
These are only a few questions.... So that we could have something to start with...
1. Salmon and Lobster (freshly caught).
2. Tim Hurton's definitely, those donuts, that hot chocolate, those sandwichs.
3. Near me :P
4. 20 for Tim's and 100 for the salmon and lobster.

Thank you for all your comments, I am currently doing our market analysis to make sure that you get what you want and what you're craving for.... all your comments are being noted.
Damsel, yeah QR100 is a bit expensive but that's the price I am willing to pay (or even more) for an authentic, decent meal with good ambiance once in a while:)
Chameleon, QR100/pax per meal is quite expensive. I could have a sumptuous buffet in Korean Garden with that :-P
OP- to answer your queries:
1. Laing, sisig, lechon kawali, danggit, pusit.. etc.. (and of course their perfect "ka-partner" or sawsawan)
2.Giligan's,(I hope they could serve beer here too...lol) or Kamayan
3.Al Sadd or Mansoura ( because, most Filipinos are living in these areas.)
4. Price range per meal 15 - 40QR
5.Just make sure the ambiance is good or at least hygienic
6.Nope. Simply because I am bad at singing! haha
Cook anything allowed but please make it truly tasty. Tried a lot of Pinoy resto and me and my friends could only say one thing: the gall to put up a resto! I'll give you an example: Red Lobster recently open shop. Good food but easy on the pocket prices. Said this before: Make it tasty with reasonable prices and even if you're based in Al Khor your target market will flock to your resto! Good luck!
i agree with Kamilla & Chameleon.. hate people eating DOG. grrrr..
