why don't we get together and make Chicken Rice. Trid twice with a malaysian chinese friend. Buy couldn't find Red chili. Used green chili instead.

Chicken Rise in doha style. Geylang has lot of authantic food places.

I like Black chicken soup. Also noticed that "Turtle Soup" is very rare to find  :(

You can order Singaporian, rice noodles in Caravan. I want to taste the Malaysian Gadu-gadu, did i say it correctly?

Cruveck....you try "No-signboard", but I think it is along Changi Road, but still within Geylang Area.

I also like the satay at Haig Road hawker centre.

Yes, I too heard about the new Malaysian restaurant in Doha. However, nasi lemak is too common... the test will be whether they serve char koay teow, roti canai and sambal belacan.

there is a new malaysian restaurant down in the souq waqif. I went there this morning at 10.30am, but the restaurant only open after 12 noon. Have a glance at the menu and seems quite good. And they have nasi lemak too.

Seems like there's none. Unless you buy the foodstuffs and groceries and cook 'em into Singapore local food.

I miss nasi lemak and the asam pedas!

Hmm...where to find such food?
