Hi, can anyone advise on the best way to send a Letter/Birthday Card back home please?

I had a letter sent from the U.K which took 4 months (no exaggeration either!) so seems the same the other way then...is this the only postal system? If it is then it's not good enought in this day and age.

yes u can send through qatar post bt 1-2 months in advance.they are slow.
