Does anyone feel like they have ups n downs (psychologically) in this country? one day i'm happy n all is well; the other i just miss my life back home. does it go away in time or am i doomed to be bipolar from now on?

What's wrong with bipolarity? Embrace it don't fight it.

Actually it's only natural to go through such a phase. Focus on your objective. Problem solved.

My sister, this is quite normal.

We need to remain stable, pray more,

take our roots deep down with the courage we get from the smiles we see on our family & friends and colleagues' faces with our contributions for them & society.

You don't seem excessively Bipolar at all!

Mood swings happpen to all of us.. Some are just aware of it, while some channelise this phenomena in their activities..Sometimes it is channelised positively, sometimes negatively.

You will miss your life which was there back home, but the fact that you decided to come here was surely for a better reason.. Stick to your guns.. Hold on.

If you feel a sudden mood change, attempt to understand why it is happening and think positively to gauge your mood...
