to all pinoys! please give me some infos on papers to be processed in RP in case you want to send 14 and 11 year old boy here in qatar without without guardian. they will take qatar airways on their way here. ayaw ko mag inquire sa Phil. Embassy kasi hindi approachable yung mga tao dun. halos lahat sa kanila wala sa ayos!!!! mga suplada at pilosopo! please help me. thanks!

mga kabayan! maraming salamat sa infos. siguro nga i need to go to Phil Embassy kahit ayaw ko. masisira lang kasi araw nyo pag punta dun. puro nakasimangot, antipatiko at mga pilosopo. wala ba tayong magagawa sa kanila? pwede siguro tayo gawa ng complaint against them. Mabuhay ang mga bagong Bayani!

nung kinuha ko anf 8 years old son ko ,Nov, 2006. iba naman ang advice ng phil embassy ,qatar, di ko na kailangan affidavit from them or any consent papers , anyway ako naman daw ang kasama pabalik dito,di narin ako hinanapan dswd kasi nanay naman ang kasama. Ang hinanap lang sa akin sa airport ay yung visa ng anak ko at authentication from Qatar Embassy- Phil.

Kahit noong  first flight ng anak ko nong 2005 going to US di rin ako hinanapan ng DSWD consent. pinakita ko lang birth certificate nya as proof na ako ang mother.

Tulad din ng Government personnel satin. Busy sila sa tsimisan at walang panahon sa mga inquiries natin. kahit tumawag ka sa phone walaaaaaaang kaganagana silang makipag usap.

 

anyhow, these are the papers i made for my kids when i brought theme here 2 years ago ng di kasama ang isa sa parents;

 

Affidavit from the Philippine Embassy (QR 100.00/affidavit/child) signed by the parents atesting their full concent of the childrens trip to Doha. you will require to present to the embassy copy of childrens passport, parents copy of MC and parents copy of passport.

Clearance from DSWD allowing the children to travel w/o the parents or guardian.

mga kabayan. please help me. ano kailangan kong i process kung papupuntahin ko dito mga kids ko alone. sila lang mag travel papunta dito. nandito na wife ko. yung isa 14 years old at 11 years old naman yung isa. DSWD or anong papers kailangan i accomplish?
