Where to obtain Medical Certificate? Contact Dtls of Doctors in Doha required who can issue MC without proof

Kindly provide the private clinic Doctors who can issue Medical Certificate for the availed Medical Leave (Leave already taken under Medical).

Please provide me the telephone number and the name of the Doctor and the location and the timings to contact and the fee to obtain the Medical Certificate

You will need to contact the same doctor who has attended to you during your illness for which you have availed the leave.
