where can i apply for health card if i live in najma?

i went to the nearest health center which is mughalina but they said its only for family, then i went to al muntaza and they said the same.... i went to hamad and they said they only do renewal... i will be applying for the first time.... i called also 180 and they told me to go to the nearest health center and they're really not that friendly.... this is like a nightmare!

where will i go? i live in najma. please help!

Try Omar Bin Khatab Health Center.. 300m away from New Salata Interchange (if you're coming from Ramada, turn right at the new salata )
