the best way to build muscle is naturally but then you have times when a natural body is something that any tom dick and harry can have. so yeah for me personally the best supliment u cant take is something called monster pump a form of creatine which feeds the muscle
No side effects known as it is not creatine.
also there is something called NOS which is like a nitro
but then u have to drink a lot of watter 4 tabs and you are like a machine in the GYM
im using megamass 5000...but i dont use it so frequently. you can get it at GNC. its like take two spoons with water or milk...but make sure that u workout after it...its extra protein for ur body which is not usual for ur lever to digest. so you need more warmness in ur body...workout everyday atleast an hour or so...no matter where. i've seen changes in me...not much but yes. good diet is always needed !
Looking at the products at GNC your pretty limited. As the person above said exercise well, but this has to be combined with a supportive diet. It depends what you mean by muscle and also your body type will also influence the effect you may desire. GNC has a limited selection of protein products and I think I remember seeing some products which help maintain muscle when you have an intense exercise regime, but these products are nothing unless you have the knowledge on how to combine them with a compatible lifestyle. Your better off to spend money getting a series of personal trainer sessions and or go join a gym on a casual/short-term basis that will give you a free initial assessment. If your serious hardcore bodybuilding type then you'd be better to order off an online site, as GNC don't sell in bulk at a reasonable price.

Stay away from suppliments. Do excercise well and get muscles.
