In Islamic texts, Jinn are what is known in English as demons or devils. But there are good and evil Jinn, so not all Jinn are devils or demons. They are invisable to humans, like the Angels are. And Satan is known in Islam as a Jinn There are Satan's followers which are also Jinn, but Satan is the Leader of them. ( the ones who chose to commit evil )They can change their shape as in the story of Satan tempting Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Satan changed his form to a serpant or snake.

Shape shifting Lizards? :-) Its just that same old devil.
