I need a proffessinal to help my wife reducing her wieght in a short time with natural and diet plan no chemical tablet.

Good day. This really works for me. Fruit and Vegetable Diet for 1-3 days. Fruit juicer is a must have; FRUIT JUICE RECIPE: 2pcs carrots, 2pcs Apples, 2pcs Seedless Orange. For breakfast you can eat any fruit you like as many as you like and drink the fruit juice.For lunch and dinner you can have "plain" baked potatoes and boiled or steamed broccoli or corn or sweet potatoes and the likes, whatever suits your taste and the fruit juice.
Don't allow yourself to feel hungry otherwise you will find it very difficult or even impossible to do this so eat fruits and/or vegetables frequently and drink the fruit juice as often as you can. If you have work drink it before going to work, bring cut, ready to eat fruits,veggies with you. When you arrive home from work, drink the fruit juice again and so on.
This would be very beneficial to your health as well, you're giving your whole organ system a well deserved rest.
As for exercise, to lose fat you have to do cardio exercises. Depending on your age, you actually have to raise your heart beat to a certain rate before you lose fat. As for my age it's approx. 130 beats per minute. You can check it out in the net for a more accurate data. So if you have access to a treadmill, do at least 30 minutes to an hour or so a day. If treadmill is not an option you can Jog in Corniche, it's a great way to spend your free time.
Tips:
Don't peel the carrots.
You don't have to remove the seeds of apples.
Set your goal for 1 day first.
You can search for different fruit juice recipes, the one i gave you is my favorite.
No salt, oil, and the likes.
Other Fruits and Veggies Suggestion:

Cucumber
Eggplant
Olives
Pears
Papaya
Watermelon
Banana

She should do lots of walking and I support what Afeezrahman said.She can start with 30mins and after a week or so increase to 45mins then to One hour.
She should increase levels of her activities and
reduce the amount of calories she eats but at the same time eat a balanced diet.
Breakfast is very important;she should have healthy one. Wholegrain cereals with Semi skimmed milk or Natural Yoghurt, fresh fruits and fresh juice.Whole Milk should be replaced with skimmed milk.She should avoid sugar in her tea.
She should avoid junk food and fizzy drinks and replace this with water.
She should also cut out unhealthy treats such as confectionary, sugary biscuits and crisps between meals.
Store-bought sandwiches often contain full fat mayonaisse
Fat contains the most amount of calories out of all the food types (proteins & carbohydrates)so a good way to achieve this is to cut down on fatty foods and eat more wholegrain bread, fruit and vegetables.
She can have little portions of meal instead of eating one big plate one time.Tell her no second helping at dinner.
She should not skip any meal,irregular eating habits also disrupt your body's metabolism, which makes it harder to lose weight in the first place.
It's easy to lose extra weight if one is committed to do so.

Consider having her jaw wired shut. Induce a coma. If she doesn't want to lose weight, you can't do it for her.
If you dont have time for excersise,
Drink Green Tea 4 times a day without sugare. reduce 10-15% food quantity at night. You will get better result.
