Instead of concentrating on your height, you must be thinking of a healthy living. Be happy with the way you are. Try to develop some special skills in you which may be of interest to you and secure your position in the society where you live. Wear high heel sandals and shoes whenever you go out.

I HAVE THE SOLUTION FOR YOUR HEIGHT PROBLEM

My late uncle (bless his soul) invented a procedure that could (almost instantly) increase anybodies height by at least 4 inches, he ran a mail order business and many people sent him in the $20 for his magic cure. It worked extremely well.

Once they sent him the money ,he then sent them a package with the solution to their height problem......... A 4" high everyday house brick, which they could carry with them and stand on at any time to instantly increase their height.

Hope this solution helps you.

I rear-ended a car this morning on the way to work.

I knew right then and there that it was going to be a REALLY bad day.

The driver got out of the other car, and wouldn't you know it.... he was a dwarf.

He stormed over to my car, looked up at me and said 'I'm NOT f*#%ing happy!'

So I said 'Well, which f*#%ing one are you then?'

And that's how the fight started......

Yes Medically there is a proceudre which is like elongating your legs. The technique is that the leg is fractured small amount at a time and strected while the new bone grows. It will only put a few more inches to you height, this practice is widely used in China especially for Modelling

Are you working right now? Height seems to be NOT a factor here in Qatar if you're working (some companies are hiring you because of working experiences and how will you bring profit to the company) Extreme measure would be bone extension (though kinda crucial ang harsh procedure). But then again, genes always plays a part!

well height is a major problems thats effecting many upcoming generations. though there is no specific medication for it, people do say that there are many exercises which helps one get through this problem. some of them are 'playing basket ball, riding bicycle, swimming, pull ups, normal body stretching.... these things do helps in many cases but should be done on a regular basis.

try out some of them... who knows one might turn out good for you.

Hi Teenager, Have you considered a medical appraisal? If you're lacking growth hormone, for example, I believe it is possible to rectify this problem with a synthetic substitute that may increase height but I believe it may be too late at your age. More radically, patients have undergone surgery to lengthen the long bones in their legs. Some celebrities resort to wearing internally built-up shoes to "increase" their height temporarily. If either or both of your parents are short in stature, then it's likely that you are predisposed to being short, along with your siblings and your future offspring.

I guess it's easier being a short woman, we just wear staggeringly high stilettos to boost our height and no-one notices until we take them off!

Dwarf throwing has been banned in most countries so you may have travel to Manila. There's a bar called the Hobbit House and everyone is a midget so you may feel at ease there.
