New Routine: Neem Leaves

Digestive System Detoxification: Ok I think this should be shared, it is something I recently started for myself, and is quite personal.
Since we put various stuff into our bodies, it is not so easy to stay healthy in this sort of urban environment and lifestyle.
Here is a good herb that can help detoxify your entire digestive system and help boost metabolism.
It is called Neem, and you don’t have to pay money for it. Just look out for it and you will find it, it’s quite common in Qatar.
It is known as a panacea for all diseases. Neem oil is also used for healthy hair, to improve liver function, detoxify the blood, and balance blood sugar levels. Neem leaves have also been used to treat skin diseases like eczema, psoriasis, etc
The tree grows in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, West Africa and East Africa. In Swahili it is called Muarubaini, in Hausa it is called Dongoyaro, in Hindi it is simply known as Neem.
Preparation is Simple:
Boil in hot water, then take out the leaves and drink the water.
Please Note: Before drinking, it will be of far more benefit to stay away from food for 18-48hours.
@acchabaccha, thanks for the tip. Much Love!
Neem is also effective in the treatment of chickenpox. Just boil Neem leaves in can and mix the water in a bucket of water and then take a bath. Neem will help rapid recovery. However, just be careful that if you use a pot from the kitchen to boil the leaves, Neem will leave behind a bitter taste in the pot which may take quite some time and efforts to get rid off.
Wishing u the same and expecting more of your interesting posts in future.

Its anti- bacterial, anti- parasitic, anti- fungal, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, not only benefit our health but can help us get rid of common health problems that we face in our daily life.
Neem oil can also be used as nasal drops in case of sinusitis. Thanks again Aikman.
U got it Molten! In some parts of Africa, it is used to treat malaria and mosquito bites. I personally use the tree branch as a chewing stick, for me it's far healthier than toothpaste. It's simply magical.
This tree has manyfold uses at home, 100 % proved successful for disinfecting small bruises, wounds & cuts in my childhood & youthful years , one can call it a free { natural } home doctor ....
