Princesses Salon (44111233) has a real Moroccan bath house built inside the villa. It's located near Landmark. A Moroccan bath there is 150QR and it was really good quality. It lasted about an hour.
It takes more than half an hr.This is how is goes,u enter a steam room, with only disposible underwear on, u take a shower, they rub morrocoan soap made from pure olive oil,and massge it all over u,u r then left for a while in the steam, u shower wash the soap off, then they rub the hell out of you, then rinse u again and apply a scrub...scrub you again...and finally a shower. Its like a combination of massage and exfoliation. The skin is super soft and super glowing.Highly recomend it.Turkish bath is slightly similar except they rub salt...which can hurt if u have a teeny weeny cut anywhere...
My advice find a really nice place to do it.Four seasons spa is an experience worth the money you pay.

A Moroccan bath, or Hammam, usually takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Here's a brief overview of the process:
Preparation:
You enter a warm, humid room to open up your pores.
Soaking and Steaming:
You're rinsed with warm water and sit in steam to relax muscles and soften skin.
Black Soap Application:
Black soap is applied to loosen dead skin cells.
Exfoliation:
A Kessa glove is used to scrub away dead skin, leaving your skin smooth.
Rinsing:
After exfoliation, you're rinsed with warm water.
Ghassoul Application (optional):
Sometimes, a clay mask is applied to further purify the skin.
Final Rinse and Moisturizing:
The bath ends with a final rinse and moisturizing, leaving you refreshed and revitalized.
The experience is both cleansing and deeply relaxing.
