Medicine Wastage??
In Qatar lot of pharmacist are giving us excess medicine i.e. doctor recommend to take 10 medicine but the packet contain 30 medicine so pharmacist directly give us 30 medicine and charged for the same, so here 20 medicine is extra which is going to be waste some persons don't mind as its covered in their insurance card but ultimately its going to be waste only.
If we see poor people around the world, they are dying because they don't have medicine for their decease, they are suffering on daily basis,
We humbly request to those doctors and pharmacist to kindly step ahead to avoid these kind of wastage.

The best solution is to tranfer the waste medicines to others in other countries who needs such medicines.
It is not wastage my friend, but you are benifiting from the Government's strict compliance of QUALITY ASSURANCE especially when it comes to healthcare.
You are right, they can sell the strips instead of whole box with 2 or 3 strips.if they sells pcs by pcs instead of strips, it is difficult to find the Manufacturing date & Expiry Dates & other details etc, - but still I agree many pharmacies are trying to push maximum medicines for their profit purpose.
one such pharmacy is Kulud pharmacy behind Safari, salwa road, the guy is so irritating all the time. He will never be flexible with patients when they ask for fraction of the actual pack size.
where as his neighbour pharmacy is very cooperative and helpful with labors / poor people.
