is it possible to get NHA licence even without experience in nursing?

I am a Filipina I'm here in Qatar under my husband's sponsorship.I am a graduate of nursing,licensed in the philippines.I dont have any experience in nursing, can I still apply for NHA license for me to be able to work as a nurse in one of the clinics here in qatar
