Go for some mild excercise or Walking (30 to 60 mins)then have a glass of Warm milk, & try reading some religious books before you go to sleep.

Take warm milk, and increase rememberance of Allah while you are in the sleeping bed.

Reasons -1) warm milk has some incredients to boost the sleep.

Reason - 2) Shaitan he does't like you increase your credit in your account doing the great task of remembering God specialy while you are on bed coz Allah appreciated those people and prone to win your life after death due to this act., and devil, he is against this human success activity and he will change your mood to be slept faster as an alternative solution you to sleep faster.

Avoid all type of evening sleeping habits.

wear always clothes, night wear that is relaxed rather than a tight one.

this will make you nice sleep and sweet dream

it depends from person to person. if u have any tensions, you wont get sleep. if you hve too many things to think you wont get sleep. cases are many.

but in a normal day, have a glass of warm milk which gives you good sleep. regards...........

are you napping afternoons? sometimes this is the major cause for not sleeping night since the body clock gets upside down.if you really wish to save yourself ,try to quit all kind of drinks that consists caffein 1st.do not eat too much oily foods ,do not eat after max 8.00 pm ,try to fag out your body (kidding).most of the time warm shower and warm milk helps as oldies used to.
