Exercise and a healthy diet. Just remember, with any abdominal exercise such as crunches or leg lifts, to press the small of your back into the floor and tighten your abs...as in pulling them in towards your spine. Otherwise, you will train the muscles to move OUTWARD...the one thing you don't want to do!!! Besides, its safer for your back..prevents strain.

There is a very good book called "Mastering the Zone" or "Entering the Zone" by Dr. Bary Sears, this book guides you on what to eat and what not to eat. It teaches you not to deprive yourself. I followed every page of it and lost 10-12 pounds in about 7-8 days. Also you need to drink a lot of water.

Hope this helps.

Thx

40 minutes running, lots of setups and crunches, most important, low, very low carbs, better no carbs the first 3 months.

you will be imazed by the results..

alot of people will tell you lots of things about dieting.

but what works for you might not work for others.

try the low carb, low fat diet with some sports.

trust me...

if you want a flat stomach, that requires some sacrifice and hard work.

You need to learn what you must eat at what time. You must fix a target period to achieve proper result. You must exercise regularly.

Let me tell you, if you wanna reduce your tummy, remember that doing only abdominal exercise would not do the trick, you must ensure that you incorporate this with good cardio exercises so that your overall body involves in achieving the results.

Eat the right food and exercise.

Too many people have jobs which keep them sat at a desk and if this is you then you need to do 30 mins of aerobic exercise 3 or 4 times a week to keep in shape.

Start with an easy routine and build up slowly.

Cut the rubbish from your diet (all the nice stuff) eg fast food, chips etc and eat fruit, veg, fish etc.

Don't eat another pie

No, bimmer, it's "cosmetic" surgery.

try this : lie on your back, your hands under your butt, elevate your legs, hold it for 15 seconds (hold your breath also for 15secs) and lower it down exhaling slowly. Do it 10 repetitions! Reduce also your carb intake

its not about not eating... its about eating the right food. rather than skipping meals or not eating at all, try eating frequent, small amounts of food.. because if you starve yourself, by the time you feel hungry, you will end up eating more than what u usually do.. Regular exercise helps along with the balanced diet,...

If diet and exercise will not work, try liposuction.
