Thank you very much for who gave me how to do it. And for Andee, this is not your website, if you are not willing to answer, keep quite without wasting your valuable time - lol!!!!!!!!
Medan - I am not pissed off !! I just dont see the logic in posting something like that and waiting for a million different answers when you can pick up the phone and get the correct information within a few minutes.
As for your comments on "Many more "strange questions" appear here like "where to find good friends, "married first then love or love first than married .. etc etc.. but I think it wont bother you so much as this one" what is that supposed to mean...just cause I picked this one to comment on does not mean there are not others to which the same logic applies...
I am all for giving people information and help but there is no need to be "bone" lazy to the extent that you do no searching at all !! that was my point...
Well, Andee, I dont understand why you so pissed of with this question? It's all about getting information about the process and make one's life easier .. WHY NOT GIVING HER THE INFO?
This website is about living in Qatar, so every aspect of it is welcome (I hope so) except if cause problems to others ...

Is it me or do the questions and things on QL seem to be getting more ridiculous by the day ? take this one for instance... how do you get an appointment... Ummmmmm how about you call the hospital and find out what the process is...Oh sorry I guess that would then lead to the question - does anyone have the number for the hospital - which will then lead to - why the phone is not being answered???
COme on guys - let have some topics a little more interesting than these kind of things... I dont mind the odd one here and there but the constant where is the hairdresser, where is the supermarket, where can i get this where can I get that... little bit of common sense and searching on your part and then if you dont find you can post....
This is how it was for me, so hopefully it's the same process. Go to Women's Hospital and go to the cashier (go right when you enter through the main doors). Tell them you want to go the evening clinic, and give them your Health Card. They'll charge you - I forget if it's 35 QAR or 50, and give you a receipt. They'll tell you which station to go to (I think they still have the open clinic in the last station near the lab). Take a ticket number, and when your number is up, hand in your receipt - they'll give you another ticket number that tell you the number and room number. I think the evening clinic is around 7pm..but I suggest calling first to get the times, and get there early...it's first come, first serve..and if you're late, you'll either have to wait 3 hours to be seen, or you won't get a chance to meet the doctor. Once you meet the doctor, they'll give you an appointment card with time for any follow-up visits. Hope this helps! I've delivered 3 babies at the Women's Clinic, so I am well-seasoned!
