How does one schedule an annual doctor's checkup?

Hi all! I wanted to schedule my husband's annual physical but am not quite sure how to go about it.

In the U.S., this is a yearly appointment with your doctor, and he checks your blood pressure, weight, cholesterol, etc, just to make sure you're healthy.

Any suggestions for how to do this in Qatar and which doctor to go to?
