How can I access Al Khor community?

Hello,

I am an American who has recently moved to Al Khor to teach at the new school. I, along with about 7 or 8 other families, enjoy Al Khor (we are not in the Al Khor community, only the town itself) but would love to be able to join clubs and events without having to drive back and forth to Doha.

Is there any way to join sporting or social clubs on the Al Khor community compound? We wouldnt mind paying extra fees at all. Does anyone know of a contact person we could talk to regarding this?

hello, you would need someone who works in qatargas , rasgas ( employee who lives there), then they can invite you to use the clubs and other facilities, for regular use of this i dont know or heard of membership as it is exclusive for the oil company's employees....
