gb can you clarify "near doha". Because near doha it could be near the airport, near city center, near landmark, near villagio, near the zoo. What I mean is "in what area of teh city of doha is this person looking for a ladies gym.

You may go to the Fitness First gym at the 3rd(?) floor of the Citicenter. They have an exclusive "For Ladies Only" section, as well as a "Male / Female" section.
