GYM with coaches knowledgable Of panic attacks
Hello,
I have started gym months and was satisfied that my body was becoming in shape. I had well rest and I was visiting a doctor with meal plans until after 4 months I got a panic attack at the gym. Since then (5 months ago) i tried to resume but everytime I go to the gym I feel I am to cry and all those negative feelings. And I would often get a panic attack with paralysis.
I have done cardio stress tests and been to multiple doctors. Nothing weong with my body. I just think it was the gym atmosphere.
I am looking for a gym in Qatar with:
• Trained instructors who are fluent in arabic / english
• they have expereince with panic attacks
• preferably social
• clean well lit and well air conditioned gym, preferably with a nice decoration
If anyone knows a place or a coach, I’d do it for any price. I have came back from an 11,000 ft hike (1 week with no cell phone) and its was my first hike and had no panic attacks) (or at least I was able not to panic) my body is now in perfect shape to build muscles.
pioneerpec: The person is not just "sick" but also somewhat crazy. In his posts there are so many unusual things. I believe, the person is a potential threat to others. What would happen if he suddenly gets one of his "panic attacks" and does something wild like attacking someone hurting him/her bad? He should be sent home before he becomes a problem to the society.
There is absolutely no necessity for you to show daredevil acts with your poor medical conditions. What is the use of a 11,000 feet hike. Spend money on useful things..
Also There is absolutely no necessity for you to build muscles with your poor medical conditions.
If you have panic attacks, definitely there is some issue with your body ...and when I read through your words..I can see lot of anxiety...and ...far away from practical...
You want to go to a Gym and it should have nice decoration...what the hell does decoration has got to do with a gym...go treat your mental problems for anxiety first.
Sorry for my words...I speak straight..
