GRANULOMA IN X-RAY?

Is it possible to find job in Qatar even if you have a findings of granuloma in your x-ray? I will also bring my old X-ray for two years in Qatar just to show it the Doctor and I already had a medical certificate showing that I am fit to work and took medicine for 6 months. They will accept or I can find a job.
