Does anyone know how much HIV test cost here in Qatar?

I am getting a job from another GCC country and my employer is asking me to bring with me lab results for Hepa, HIV and chest x-ray. I was able to get the results for the hepa and x-ray from the hospital I went to but they can't seem to provide me with the results of my HIV. Does anyone know how much and HIV test cost from the clinics here in Qatar and will they give me the results? Thank you.
