Does anyone know a competent doctor who knows anything about sarcoidosis in Qatar?

I have been living in Qatar for 3 years now and was diagnosed via biopsy with sarcoidosis 5 years ago in the U.S. It has been in remission for about 4 years, but I am recently experiencing a flare up and the doctors at Hamad really have no idea or experience with sarcoidosis. I don't even know anyone here who has this disease. I thought maybe the people on Qatar Living might be able to help me out. I am looking for personal recommendations for a good doctor willing to work with me as I also have diabetes, and the sarcoidosis involves my liver and spleen as well. I am very knowledgeable about all of my health issues, but need a good doctor to help me manage and track my progress (or decline in this case). I am tired of going to the diabetician for the diabetes, the pulmonologist for lungs (which are always normal), the dermatologist for the skin lesions (sarc), etc. I need ONE doctor who can and is willing to help me manage the whole thing. I would be thrilled to even find a fellow sarc sufferer just for moral support!
