cooking on electric grill indoors good/bad

being health consicious,i would like to turn to electric grilling of food on daily basis,to cut down the oil content.will it be good to use any indoor electric grill available.
sincere advise expected,from friends.thanks

I dont think there will be any issue after all these grills (provided they are made for indoor use) are supposed to be more healthy then frying.
