Many people do jogging. That works but it takes time.

1. Break your meals. instead of 3 considerable sized meals go for for 6, 8 or preferably 10 meals the size of your fist.

2. Sprinting. Faster effects. Do 10 crunches, get up and sprint for about 50 yards. Max speed for just 50 yards. Take a 60-90 second break. Repeat process. 5 times at first is good. Don't push yourself too hard. bring it up to about 12-15 times within 2 or 3 months. You don't want to hurt yourself.

This is info is from Brandon Carter. His videos are on the net. This statement is simply to give the credit to the right person.

Stomach fat is hard to get rid of. Instead of the above mentioned crunches you could try bicycle kicks. Standing bicycle kicks work too. Change and regulate your diet. Don't eliminate. When you reduce your intake your body adapts to store fat.

easy 2 steps Diet:

1- Don't eat anything "in the real meaning of ANYTHING" after 6:00pm till next morning 6:00am.

2- walk daily for 30 minutes (fast walking) after 6:00pm.

u will notice the difference in 2 month if u follow it properly.

Losing weight is most commonly about lossing fat (reserve calories). Diet is controling caloric intake, but excercise will burn more calories. The most important and lasting factor is the change in mindset and the ability to wait to be healthier.

If you're body is like a drinking glass and water is energy in the form of calories. Reducing your caloric intake is like putting less water in the glass. If you're not active, its like sipping on the water to lose mass. If you work out and exercise then its like taking big gulps of water.

Please do not consider anything short term. This is a long term life changing mindset.

oh yeeh...Stop Eating..just eat enought to survive & have loads of water & liquids without sugar or salt.

If ever you are too hungry, eat as much as carrots you want. :)

i lost more weight that what u r aiming for & within 4 months..!

Start with Jogging & strech you run more everyday as much as u r about to faint. Yes, your weight actually only starts reducing after your body suffers from pain & tiredness.

You will have to almost kill yourself for it, still getup & proceed.

I recommend to extend it to 2 more months as it is not advisable to loose more than 3 kgs a month.

Take care of ur diet and workouts.

So many articles regarding this subject in internet. Choose anyone which is conveniently matching with ur daily life routines.

Find one fitness partner or fitness pal who has the same goal.

If u have a short deadline like getting marry or something then its better to hire a personal trainer.
