Alternately you can try Al-Rafa hospitals as they have a good Orthopedic doctor. They can be reached on 4440499
Go to Hamad Orthopedic Center (near Souq Area). They will then give you a referral to see a Physical Therapist. If you have a health card, you'll only pay QR50 for the XRAY and the rest of the therapy is free. They have a very good facilities for treating all musculoskeletal cases.
Suggestion for you: learn PROPER ERGONOMICS. Maintain proper spinal alignment, specially when sleeping. sleep with a small pillow on your head. when sitting for a prolonged period of time, use a throw pillow to support your lower back.
