best filipino doctor

I have a friend she came from thailand to work here in Doha,she got a fair skin.After several months of stay she noticed she's getting more & more pimples,she used over the counter remedies but to no avail.Do you know any best filipino doctor who can help her?
I would appreciate who can help my friend for I don't know any doctor from manila,nor can you suggest any effective meds to cure the same problem?
