..am afaraid some people have lost it..or should i also say, diversity in a common place demands a set of standards for all to follow..
.. to set an example..some people have the habit of engaging in long conversations..so what's wrong with that, you might say..?..well, they're doing it in the middle of the road..!!!..they will even give you a long stare if you blow the horn..

Take the example of India. There are no signs. We all trust in our common sense and instincts! When they fail us we fall into deep gorges and kill 40 people.
This is the way to learn how to be more cautious the next time, if there is a next time.
