1- Put on the heavy curtains on the windows always.

2- Spread a wet and well squeezed double bedsheet on the floor and switch on the AC and fan same time. Now close the room for full 20 minutes and than open it.Wow u have your own Alaska.

3- Avoid deep fried junk food at all.

4- Dont eat spicy food.

5- Eat lots of fruits and greens too.

6- In the night if you want to feel the chilliest moments just wear a water soaked and sqeezed t shirt and pyjamas or nickers.

7- Keep your nightwear in the fridge for some time.

Switch one the TV, find a documentary taken in Alaska, take from your fridge an ice cream from the box prior brought at carrefor, at the same time ask to your maid (if don't have stand your self and fill a big glass of ice and mix it with soft drinks or dry white wine, put close your sofa the fan usually your wife used (if don't have wife...is better), switch on the A/C in your room and then are already 6 o'clock and you WAKE UP from your SWEET dream all sweaty and sticky. Guys.......no chances to beat the heat in Qatar.

Ciao

The easiest way to beat the heat, take a long stick and keep on beating, or if you have a hen at home just hang a hen on the wall and rest under the hen, you will get a relief like fan?!! but don't tell this secret to any one.

In ur car !!!!!!

Keep the windows little open n keep one big water bottle make it half water only and make it open .. Its better than windows tint bcuz the hot outside it will make the water evaporate inside the car so it will be not hot .. U can try it :-)
