I agree with tinkerbell, many women have brought it on themselves.I am not a feminist and am always very happy to be treated with courtesy.I will always smile and say thank you for even the smallest kind gesture. Please don't tar us all with the same brush. I am shocked at the rudeness of some women, not only towards men but towards other women too. Good manners cost nothing and a smile is worth everything....when it is visible! Thank you to all you gentlemen out there,I know you exist.

i think he acted by his nature to protect himself
but if he catch the ball and try to protect her she wont notice his sacrifice.
and she will think that he was looking to catch the ball

case of overconfident girlfriend on her boys catching skills..
Feminism gave them equality, they should be happy.....
Not the sun it was the flood lights ,that's what he said ,so the lady interviewing gave her sunglasses.....any way he should have caught the ball
His excuse was that "the sun got in his eyes" :O)
he should have shielded her!! wuss!!
Come on.. You must remember when we held doors open for women and gave up our seats on the train for them... :O)

Well, I can't complain. I usually am treated chivalrously.
It never existed outside of books or films....
i want to punch guys who wear baseball caps sideways or backwards.
Irony that isn't mentioned; this game was Houston Astros against the Atlanta BRAVES hahahaha
