It's not sinus. It's a common cold. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids, as you will more than likely become dehydrated. Also, try to get some Theraflu. It's a tea that you dissolve in warm water and gets rid of the cold in a couple of days (i don't know whether it's sold here in Qatar, but we have it in the U.S.).
