Why the International schools needs native En
Most of these schools they hire the teachers from UK…and the average age are 50+, and 1/3 of their teaching staff-they make local recruitment for whom they pay only 1/10 of salary comparing to the westerners?!...Is the students of Doha are they really looking for the…old teachers..
Most international schools prefer to hire younger teachers with substantial experience. I think the reason they end up hiring older teachers is because they have more teaching experience because of their age. When it comes down to hiring teachers, experience is a big component in the decision making.
