Where to live with small family & what shops?

Hi,
We will most probably be moving to Doha in Feb/Mar 2009.
My daughter will almost be 3 by then, so I need to know where is a nice place to live that has enough outdoor space to run around, like playgrounds and parks within walking distance (for the nanny, as I work).
We prefer to live in a 3 bedroom villa or apartment with decent balcony (or 2 bedroom + maids room)
What sort of rent $ would we be looking at?

plus, what schools would you recommend (we are Australian/Dutch family) and what are the fee's to expect?

Also, are the following shops available in Doha or do I need to stock up in Dubai first?
