Where to get an English copy of Emiri decree 22: Family Law?

Hi. Does anyone out there have a copy or know where I can get one of Qatar's Emiri decree 22: Family Law of 2006 in English? I checked the bookstores here in Doha and they don't have available law books or any literature about this. I'm pretty sure it is not restricted and should be available to the public since it IS the law. Any information is highly appreciated.
