Where do we get an appointment for Medical exam/fingerprints for residence permit for my nanny?

We have just sponsored a nanny to look after our daughter and in order to get her residence permit we need to do the heath check/exam and fingerprints. Does any one know how we go about getting the appointments. My rp was done through my husbands company but we need to do this ourselves this time. Any help would be fab thankyou.

for the medical exam it will be in comession building located in abu hammour near woqood petrol station

for finger print location had been changed after it was in azzezeha its now in salwa road far away near industrial area round about
