Where do I go to complain ???

While taking my children home, I took a U turn on the old parachute roundabout intersection. Out of the blue, a car sped through the red light and missed us by mere inches.
Usually this individual would have received a fine for this illegal activity but the camera on the intersection was broken.
Shaken from this near death experience we proceeded to go home, only to find the car that nearly hit us was ahead of us. The individual slowed down then drove to our right, while cursing and screaming at our car. He was nothing but a boy, and why he was behind the wheel, who knows. I tried to drive past this individual and to our compound to get my kids safely home, however he blocked our way into the compound and screamed at us, while turning his car in an attempt to hit us with it. Only when he zoomed ahead and turned as to hit us from the right did I manage to drive over the curb and safely into our compound.
One cannot even begin to count the number of traffic violations this boy committed. The reckless use of his car as a weapon, in other countries, would get this psycho jail time.
Genuinely scared for my family and the general safety of others, while this obviously disturbed individual was driving I called the police, adamant that he should be taken off the road and sent to jail.
I was put on hold twice. When I finally managed to get through, I was transferred from one person to another. None of them spoke English. I persisted but hours later, I was getting nowhere, and had to give up. I cannot even begin to stress the necessity to have emergency responders who can speak a language other than Arabic. That boy is gone now due to a substandard cameras, and the utterly pathetic response to emergency numbers.
For the general public, please note that if they see a white landcruiser, with a Saudi license plate, number, 829, steer clear.

You have to report to police and u have to go at the time it's happened don't wait most of the street have now what they called police eyes it's like a small camera in all street a round Doha and for sure they will caught him. The Saudi plats have three letters and 3 numbers make sure u know all of that.

Hope they will catch him and put him in the jail for at least one week or two.

You could always report him to the cops.

Even I doubt they will do anything about it.

Did you took a look at the car tags?

Those are the days, If I was HULK, I would come out and jerk his light weight body out of the car and beat the crap out of him senseless with a bamboo pole.
