WE ARE BOTH MUSLIM AND FOREIGNERS IN QATAR..I AM WESTERN ARAB HE IS ARAB... CAN A HUSBAND DIVORCE HIS WIFE WITHOUT TELLING HER AND MARRY ANOTHER WHILE STILL LIVING WITH HER??? OR DO BOTH PARTIES MUST CONSENT TO A SIGNATURE ON DIVORCE CERTIFICATE?

as per islam 4 wives are allowed but for the person to marry another one he needs the permission of the first wife if it is ok for her that he marries second one.
