What would be the average salary for baby sitter?

i am looking for a housemaid to take care of my 5 month old baby.....what would be the salary will i offer to them?Plz tell me if it is part time like 7am-2pm r full time means how much i should offer?

hello I heard that the starting salary of a baby sitter if full time is ranging from Q1200 to Q1500 with free food and accomodation i don't know if how much in part time...
