What is the best way of finding a nanny who drives for my 8 year old daughter i am new to doha?

I am new to doha (2 weeks) and would like to go back to work but i will need a nanny who could drive and pick my daughter up from school and look after her until I come home. Do i need to contact an agency to do this or place an ad, any help would be really appreciated. We are happy to have a live in nanny but not sure how to go about this. Many thanks to anyone who can help me?

You need two in one service very intelligent, but sorry very difficult to get a nanny with driving knowlege.

There is 2 way to solve your problem.

1st: get Nanny from labor agency. Get the driving license for her. Nanny will tied with couple years contract.

2nd: hire school bus and get part time nanny with someone else sponsor.
