What are the health insurance options in Qatar that cover costs in US?

I'm planning to move from the U.S. to Qatar, but my wife is staying in the U.S. for a while. I knew from this forum that the government's health insurance doesn't cover health costs in the U.S. Does anybody know of options that will? And how much would these insurance plans cost?

You will need to purchase private health insurance for you and your wife in the US. Or she will have to get a job that offers coverage. It's very expensive, of course.
