hi eleven, I have two kittens here, they are both two months old and needs a loving home. I'll be leaving Doha after a week so if you're interested and willing to adopt them, let me know. - Snake
Sorry if we come across as harsh but we do a bloody good job with very little resources and we spend all our time trying to persuade people to adopt and not buy.
To see someone telling people not to adopt for whatever reason is quite upsetting because rescue animals already have a naff reputation and we do our best to tell people that rescued animals deserve a home!
I'm sure you meant well but it was read the wrong way!
You're post said "do not adopt from QAWS unless you are willing to pay the bills if it gets unwell".
You implied that only QAWS animals get sick and that if you don't want to pay vets bills you should buy an animal from a pet shop or a so called breeder.
Every new owner signs a disclaimer telling them that all our animals are in good health as far as we know. Which is a much safer bet then from a pet shop where no one even checks them over before selling them.
pointed out QAWS in your previous post.... it's defamitory speech towards a group of people just trying to do their bit for the animals in Doha and for the community....
"if you don't like the heat... get out of the kitchen... but stop trying to fan the flames before you leave... it will burn you on the a** as you go through the doorway...." ME
tiny kitten from a petshop in Mansoura - paid a fortune for it, 3 days later got sick - Cost him a fortune in vet bills and subsequently died...
I am sure we have 99.9% more healthy animals at the farm, than any of the petshops, or anywhere else selling animals, in Doha....
Unfortunately, animals, like humans get sick....

Just a nice warning do not adopt from QAWS unless you are willing to pay the bills if it gets unwell. Please Remember QAWS is only a shelter not a Vetinary place and some times you might end up with a not so healthy Cat.
You can adopt me, i like to eat and sleep and roll on my back exposing my furry tummy. You dont have to worry about me sh*tting anywhere as i'm well trained to use the toilet, i'll leave the toilet seat down too after i'm done. :)
Oh wait i'm not castrated, i like to make babies :D
Good Fortune always comes knocking at your door...when you are sh*tting in the toilet!! :)
-Hi eleven, if you have still not contacted QAWS, you could give a home to my lovely cat. She has been spayed and vaccinated. She is a very loving and friendly cat, cares more for love and loves to be stroked and petted. I have to give her away due to personal reasons. If you are interested I can email you some pics. Call me at 5494763 anytime after 10.a.m------------------------------------------------------

Chelsea that is exactly what I am saying no matter where you get it from expect to pay the bills for the pets.
Excuse me but you should be willing to pay the bills if it gets unwell regardless of where it came from.
You can spend thousands of riyals on a purebred cat from a breeder but it can still get the same illnesses as a rescue cat.
If you're not prepared to pay vets bills don't bother getting an animal.
