Visa Disaster

Not sure where to turn to for help. Put it up here in case someone knows the answer...

I started to apply for the visit visa for my mother in law in November (I am on working visa). And was rejected as there used to be another lady in Qatar who shared the same name as my mother in law from our motherland. Thanks to her all improper/illegal behaviour here, they sent her back in 2006 and forbidded her coming in anymore. So the government side told us to get a birth certificate for my wife; we got it, handed in, only to be told that it is not enough. Still, they need a marriage certificate of my parents in law(notified and attested by the embassy and foreign ministry). it took us 2 weeks to get it and handed in. Again, the answer was it is not enough. Instead, they said they need the birth certificate of my mother in law to be notified and attested. Again, we went all the way and got it at last. But AGAIN they said it is not enough. They still need the finger printing!!!!No comment on that...

I consulted officers in our embassy. They cannot help out either.

Please, anyone who knows what to do or whom to turn to to get it addressed help out!.This has been my headache and nightmare for the past 3 months...

Millons of thanks in advance...

I'd give up...use Skype via webcam..it'll be like she's sitting there with you except she can't do the cooking or housework!
