Typical school allowance

My son goes to Doha English Speaking School and its a very good school and the fees are 26.000 QR per yesr. If you have a british passport you take priority although the waiting list is very long so be sure to get your name down as soon as possible at which ever school you choose.

All Schools are listed there...... Someone suggested 5,000, which I think is quite steep to say the least. You don't need that much.

Bullishboy - my son is only 2, unfortunately most companies only pay for children over the age of 4.

I know quite a few Brits have sent their children there, due to them studying the British Curriculum. British children get priority, I believe.

thanks, could I ask why you chose British Montesssori over the others ??.

I don't remember the exact figure, but hubby's company pays enough to cover the fees for The British Montessori School, and that school is quite expensive.

thanks, do you know if there is a big range in International School costs per term in Doha ??, any schools singled out to avoid and ones to grap quick would be appreciated too, my son is age 7.
