A quick way to make your tummy a little smaller, is to avoid eating late at night. Have your last meal at 6pm or earlier. It won't help you lose actual fat from the area, but it can help reduce the size of your stomach that might be still distended from food and bloating from the previous day.
for me, no need to deprive yourself of foods that you like to eat, just divide your meal into 5 or more small meals plus a little letting out of sweat and drink more water....have patience and determination.....a little help from gym instructors would also do.

1/2 hour of intensive sex = 400 Calories. 9000 calories = 1 KG in weight/fat. Hence 23 x 30 min x the number of KG's you wish to loose divided by 60 = number of hours to do the do properly and intense!
So lets say you wish to loose 5KG you will need 58 hours of intense sex, which can be done daily 3x AM - NOON - PM, with exception of Fridays. So, it will take you little more than 3 weeks.
The best thing to do, for it to be effective in the long run, is to eat healthy smaller meals, as Johnpur mentioned, every few hours, and this along with exercise will help. I definately know how easy it is to gain in this country!! But without changing eating habits and exercise it never stays off for long.. Do crunches, and various ab exercises

engaging in sports or exercise is useless if you eat like a hog afterwards.. exercise has to be complemented with balanced diet..

2. jog 2 hours daily
3. eat more veggies
4. Take 2 green apple every night-Dinner (Fat Burner)
5. Avoid Rice
6. Avoid Bread/Bun
7. Eat as much wheat kubboos or chappathi u like
8. Drink half glass of hot water mixed with one spoon of honey and lemon juice every morning before break fast
9. Abs exercise !

Reduce ur food intakes, i mean oily foods, cheese etc.
Do more work outs !
Do abs exercise and jog daily atleast 30mins.
Have more of greeny veggies, fruits, and more juices in ur diet.
Avoid Red MEat and take more White MEat ( like Fish and Chicken breast pieces )
sleep flat on you bed and try to get up n touch your toe with ur hands..n continue doing this.
