Suggested Safety Precautions for City Centre

The floors above the skating rink in City Centre are generally a bit isolated. I suggest better patrolling by the guards in future. I didn't notice any CCTV but I could be mistaken.

I came across some bullying once, a few (3) teens were shouting and roughing up another teen (shoving him). Shouting in Arabic. They saw me and pushed the teen to a corner and continued. I didn't step in because I was alone so I hightailed outta there but went to get a guard. By the time got a guard to check, the teens were gone. That is only one incident, maybe isolated incident.
